I requested some information from the seller with no reply as of yet. It appears it was hit in the front and a poor TR nose job was given the car.

Not that it really matters too much, but that intake looks like the lame a$$ Fiero replica "Testarossa" intake you see on those POS's.

The nose looks like it was hit, because the gap between the hood and the bumper is way off.

I also requested info, esp since I am close by and wanted to see the car. Mainly I wanted to know who the turbo manufactuerer was since I did not recognize the name in the plenum. No response after 4 days. I figure it fishy.

I can't believe that is still actually turbocharged -- not enough plumbing ;)

Looks more like something that maybe was turbocharged at one time and has now been put back to N.A..

By God, I think you're right! Not enough plumbing. Air intake comes directly from the rear thru the black intake and filter to the red plenum. No hoses from turbo snails.

As for the seller's feedback, the negatives are non-issues. The guy has 100 positive feedback over the past 12 months, but then so do i. :)

Agreed. The air filter intake goes directly into the cross-over piece then directly into the two different banks. Where's the intake to the two turbos? Were's the waste gate(s)? Where's the plumming to the intercoolers? Where's the two intercoolers? Where's the plumming from the intercoolers to the intake mainifold?

The intercooler is the red tank that say's Albert - an Austrian tuner in Europe who makes turbo stuff for Koenig too. In my koenig, the turbo unit is a Rajay. The work is very neat and comprehensive (in the 308) and you can't really see the turbo ancilliliaries as they are hidden under all the airboxes etc.

The full Koenig conversions, (not the body kit versions) are mechanically very comprehensive. Uprated gearboxes, brakes, suspension, rebuilt engines, ignition, fuel system and the intercooler sometimes with water injection.

If it is a working conversion, they are very fast.

I asked how bad it was hit in the front and have not heard back If you find out what the accident was and who did the repairs reply back here since the seller is too lazy to respond.

There is no way this thing is turbocharged (anymore).

It has a large open air intake and an airbox/filter in between it and the "Albert" plenum box.

I would guess that someone has taken all of the turbo equipment off, and in order to reattach an airfilter box they had to hook it to the two intake openings on the Albert box.

For comparision, the bottom picture is a Norwood turbocharged engine. Look at the two huge metal pipes that go from the compression sides of the turbos to the intake plenum.

Which brings to point, 90% of the TR's advertised out there have less than 20k on the ODOMETER, (NOT necessarily the car itself). 40% of those have less than 10k, amazing how much these cars are NOT driven.

    I don't buy it!

That's Albrex....The Koenig supplier. This " Albert " box may just be a knock-off name.

That is "ALBERT",that company,I forgot if it's German or Austrian,is also behind the develompent of the "ALBREX",a volumetric compressor, many luxury cars like Mercedes,Jaguar etc got a compresser built by Albert...
They seems to have a serious experience on this matter, existing for more then 20 years now.
    On your service,
    Speedman.
PS leave the car,and go for a non-mod. one....
How is the gearbox doing anyway....??
With ath least 200hp+,I don't think it will hold for long if stepping on it...
