Any updates? Did Eurotek ever provide a dyno run? Anyone else try it?
I just purchased a 2004 Challenge Stradale and I live in Jacksonville, so only about 80 miles from Daytona. I would be willing to bring the car to the Eurotek facility in Daytona if John's offer of before and after dyno and the $3,000 price mentioned still applies.
you aint gonna hear any respond from them. its amazing how much talking has been done for this product, but still no dyno test. a civic puts a $80 cold air intake in, might get a dyno for it, LOL. enough said.
I have been very sceptical here one year on but what actually made this work in a big way was adding some K&N AIRFILTERS to the Eurotek upgrade and hyperflow cats, I mean this REALLY MADE A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE, MY CS REALLY FLIES THROUGHOUT THE 0-9K RPM RANGE and feels hugely ALIVE and so I Pm'd Phil at Eurotek last week and told him, he said "he knows" and all clients now get a new set of air filters included. For my 5,000 USD and sending my ecus to NYC twice, if he'd worked it out like I did retrospectively it would be kinda nice if he'd at least told me., never mind sending me a complementary pair !!!
Right on! With your kind of decisiveness I'd let you run my house, my city, my country! I want to see that damned dyno too and then go to bed!
Yes, will someone please post functional and positive results? George Zimmer would have a long time ago! I guaranty it! This thread is longer than the support wires on the Golden Gate Bridge! As NASA reported to Apollo 11, "you got a bunch of guys here about to turn blue"! Get the freeking results, please!
Wish it was that easy, technically not allowed to. All I can tell you is that the power we made was not what Eurotek claims but, we did make a power increase to give the benefit of the doubt. http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showpost.php?p=136013862&postcount=17
i would suggest that u get ur ECU finetuned by a tuning shop that uses a dyno to tune each individual car differently, instead of a shop that just tells u to ship them ur ecus and then they reflash it with their generic 'more power' ecu program. each 360 is different and generic flashes wont give u the maximum gain that u are expecting when paying a few $G's . if anyone is in the ny tristate area, i would strongly recommend Classic Coach Ferrari in Elizabeth, NJ if you are considering an ECU upgrade. they have dyno charts to back up their work.
i've read all the threads... i'm still pissed the european strads make more power than US. can someone please summarise what do i do to get Euro-strad power in my USA strad w/o sacrificing my warranty???? [yes i have a sympatico service mgr]. TIA
Would some one please put a wooden stake into the heart of this thread so it can die? Face it. This issue is never going to be properly resolved because no software persons want egg on their faces! Please let this F'n think die!
All I can say is that (finally, + no thks Phil from Eurotek) with the air filters and hyperflows combined it produces boat loads more BHP and sooner or later somebody wll prove this, especially with 98 Octane you are looking at 40-50 more BHP
Wow! This thread last one year and no one was able to post a real dyno result! This means that Eurotek is a waste of money and time! Can any one here recommend a serious EUC programmer?
I own a performance software company. I use many of my own cars to develop mapping. Most modern cars leave allot on the table.
