Yesterday around noon--Aston Martin Volante (don't know year, early 80s probably).

Today at 2:30--Black Nissan Skyline.

Both spotted in Ocean Springs, MS (right next to Biloxi)

 

yellow lamborghini murcielago with black rims goin down I-12 in baton rouge round 3pm ish. no ferrari but it was a good day.

 

There was a Bentley Continental GT coupe in shreveport on I-220. IT was dark green.

 

lotus elise in b.r. on perkins.

 

Saw the new Jag XK at a neighbors house down the street today. Despite all the criticism about it looking olike a taurus, I think it is a pretty good looking car. Doubt it's good underneath though. Had temp. LA tags btw.

 

Today around 3:45 there was a silver lotus exige on industriplex at airline.

 

Took delivery of the first 07 XK coupe in NOLA a few months ago..love it in and out!

 

That would be Franco's I believe...

 

Nope. His is yellow.

 

Ok, I knew his previous Elise was yellow, then I heard he got an Exige to replace it. So I assumed he had the only Exige in the area. But apparently not! Any idea who has the silver one?

 

Probably isn't one here. Notice the spotter also spotted a car in Shreveport a few posts earlier. He's been all over the map! Don't know of an Industriplex anywhere near Airline in NO area. Probably BR.

Yes, Industriplex is in BR near Brian Harris Porsche. It may have been an elise as I am not too experienced with lotuses but it was definately a lotus. And by the way have you ever heard of roadtrips (on I-49). I hardly call a trip from BR to Shreveport all over the map!

Was just saying that since most of us here are from New Orleans area we tend to assume the spots are around here. I noticed you have spotted from S-port all the way down to my neighborhood in Timberlane.

Yes, I have heard of roadtrips. And I WOULD consider Shreveport to Gretna, "all over the map" (of Louisiana, at least)

My family is from New Orleans and Covington area and I visit there regularly. I went to MO and on the way back (in shreveport) the Bentley was the only nice car I saw on the road trip. I was excepting to see a few F-cars and Lambo's as they are rare here in BR. Only seeing one rare car was a dissapointment to me.

 

Surprising. I would expect a little more saturation in S-port due its relative close proximity to Dallas.

On the flip side, for true overkill, park at Post Oak and Westheimer in Houston for 10 minutes and you'll probably see one of everything!

3pm today- Silver 430 coupe spotted on overhead W.B. Expressway heading east over the Crescent City Connection- awesome car!

On Monday around 7pm there was a nice burgundy Lambo parked in the 3200 blk of Magazine across from Byblos.

 

Yes it did.

 

Today the weather was nice and the Ferraris were out.

Black 355 coupe on overhead W.B. Expressway
Red 360 spider parked on St. Charles Ave.
Red Mondial convertible at Manhatten and W.B. Expressway

 

Mondial Cab actually lives back in Woodmere. If you know Woodmere, then you are probably just as shocked as I am.

Champagne/Pewter 612 on St. Charles across the street from Igors. What a FUGLY car!

I saw a Ferrari 512 TR coming out of East Bayou Parkway area in Lafayette a month ago. anyone know who that might be?
It sounded soooooo nice.

 

I have seen the mondial before and I have heard that it is from Woodmere. I was surprised when I first heard it. Mondial prices are low enough that just about anyone can afford one.

I know some people don't like the 612, but I do. Although I like the bright colors- red, yellow.

Yeah, I may have been a bit harsh. I'm just really not a fan. Black is about the only color I can see a 612 in. Seems to hide all the lines I don't like. But, to each his/her own.
