    Police Department came by today for an initial review of my background check....Much to my surprise, there was an email in there from a certain individual stating that I was running around saying I was a police officer, knocking my credibility. I printed this thread out and gave it to the officer for further clarification on the incident. I've probably blown my chances for the department now. I can't believe it.......don't know what I'm going to do now.......

    Really? I hope you are joking was it an email from your friend above?

    BTW: One of my ex - employees went, I believe to the same school you did. The police force she was applying at came by and asked me a bunch of questions. I said " are you really going to give her a gun" They still gave her the job. Good luck!

    Hmmmmmm - what a strange, eerie coincidence.

    BOG's Registration IP address is exactly the same as MrScarface's Registration IP address.

    Another IP address used by both nics match.

    The second exact IP address match is to where BOG only recently relocated.

    Coincidence? I think not!

    I'm rebanning "MrScarface" (who just came off a 6 month suspension), this time, permanently.

    He was banned before after he'd poked fun when a Peace Officer died in California. It did not go over well.

    "BOG" is also banned permanently.

    I appreciate the notification Wax as well as the messages I've received from members. We'll see how all this plays out on my end....Thanks again....Receiving some much appreciated from a respected FChat member, I'm going to let this situation sit and see if the application process goes any further. This thread will be reprinted and taken if/when I get my Interview Board and the question the incident....

    Great photo, I worked that demo. That was the SWAT team arresting one of the protesters. ChunkyMonkey apply with a department in CA. We get paid pretty well. You can make over six figures in most departments. Idon't thing you would get DQ'ed for what was said above.

    thanks for the bump guys....i will keep y'all posted on my progress and when i get hired on with whichever PD...i can almost smell my 308/328 sitting in my garage.....

    Sounds like you have some gas spilled in the house and the vapors have built up.... open doors and windows to ventilate and avoid using any electrical switches.
