Your thoughts on the best 599 color

have you seen all those 2+2 such as GTE, 400,546 or Scaglietti in Rosso Corsa?
something doesn't look right in those cars ...

 

Anyone have any pics of Blu NART in any current car? I want to get an idea of the color.

 

i believe a red 456 looks ok, it might not be perfect but i like it more the blue, green (what's up with this colour) . . .

The second picture LITERALLY took my breath away...

 

I'd get black on the solid red shown above, with black inserts or piping.

 

Black with black interior, black tachometer, black wheels, black calipers, tinted windows, smoked front and rear lenses, etc....

 

I think Ferrari stopped using NART in 2000. I'm not 100% sure though. A user on fchat, RBK, currently has a 2000 360 Modena in NART blue for sale. It can be seen on the Ferrari of Newport Beach website.

Now that Ferrari can match any color, I wonder have any customers used any official Ferrari colors that have stopped eg. NART, Le Mans blue, etc.

 

Thanks for the pix. It's difficult to say no to a red, but I believe that silverstone dark silver gray really looks elegant. It would probably look best with black or gray interior. But, shesh!, a Ferrari and its not red! Hard to come to grips with.

BTW, I just received the Ferrari magazine from the factory which confirms you can have any color you want (just submit a swatch and they will make a sample for you), including two-tones. I have a 599 GTB F1 with a build slot this coming December. I've ordered it in Grigio Sliverstone with all black leather and Grigio Chiaro standard stitching (plus both carbon fibre options). I saw a 599 at Geneva in Grigio Sliverstone and it looked absolutely stunning - super-cool yet menacing.

 

As people actually get their 599s if they would post pictures and talk about their color choices I think it would be informative.

 

I was wondering what everyones thoughts are on a Rosso Scuderia/ Beige car. Yellow Calipers, full carbon package, challenge wheels. Let me know your opinions.

 

This is my exact car except Rosso Scuderia calipers. I like the yellow calipers a lot and they will look great I think. I went with red for sentimental reasons. You also need yellow tach. Looks really great IMO. My car arrives soon and I am hoping it looks as good in the metal as it does in my imagination.

I have seen Rosso Scuderia/black. I think I will much prefer the beige.

Giallo Ginevra (lighter yellow than giallo modena) with Charcoal interior. Yellow calipers, titanium gray painted challenge rims, carboceramici, daytona seats, carbon package.Tdf/Cuoio is also a great choice.
