MONZA Resurfacing Worries Michelin

I think in '05 Mich and BS had different estimates of what it would take to get a tire through the entire race. BS went more conservative, while in several races we saw Mich teams wearing through their tires when the aero packages weren't bang on. The USGP was just the extreme example.

Of course, it may have helped that there were only three teams on BS tires, so there weren't as many variables applied to them as to the Michelin tires.

'06 is another year with different tires and tire changes back in, so it's a different situation.

" Parkerfe, you have to ease up on your disdain for Ferrari & Schumacher.Have you tried looking at the other teams or are you really that naive think none of them push the rules to the limit.If they or any of the other teams go over the rules they should be penalized.
If you're on F-Chat I take it you're a fan of Ferrari? If so , give them them benefit of the doubt until PROVEN otherwise.

I remember something about a team putting ballasts in their fuel tanks and being suspended for two races and I know that wasn't Ferrari.

Unlike Senna, Schumacher's on-track behavior was so outrageous and dangerous to other drivers his results for the entire season were nullified.

Senna is gone. (RIP) Schumacher is alive still winning races, holding or breaking all records and has 7 (maybe 8 )world titles. Oh yes...is worth around a billion dollars.
