Yesterday saw a Carrera 4s in lime green, kinda reminded me of a skittle. A little darker than the ithaca green of lambo, but seemed dull. However it was in a parking lot, but didnt look great IMHO- it cant carry that color like the lambo does.

Looked like it was factory...anyone seen it?

I saw a convert 911 (probably 996) in Mill Valley CA on Sunday in the same skittle green; the seat backs were painted the same color.
It was the first time I’ve seen it, very different

Porsche makes green cars, but I have never seen one in "Skittle Green"

According to their website they have 2 different dark green colors, but for an additional $4,315 they will paint your car whatever color you want it painted (you supply the paint chip for them to match).

I've seen this same car, used to run by it with the cover on, I just assumed it was a special order.

IMO the Lambo can't carry the color either.

Porsche had some really cool colors in the early '70s. My '69 911S is Aubergine. Basically... an eggplant purple sort of burgundy color with a touch of metallic tossed in. I love it!

Another of my favorites is Irish Green which is a very deep and rich darker green color that lights up in direct sunlight. They also offered a Viper Green.... which is the brightest florescent day-glow green you can possibly imagine. Sounds nutty, but early 911's and RS's really do look great in Viper Green.

There were some florescent purples, oranges and blues dating from that period as well.

Looked on the website and didnt see that color either. I didnt notice the interior it was too dark. Color wasnt close at all to the posted pic that Nomad put up, think of the Ithaca Lambo in a darker flatter shade....

OK I suppose,... if you cut hair for a living... ;)

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

if you own the salon it can be $$$$. Salon owners often take a cut (40-70%) of the work done by all of their people, you get $200-400 haircut and color jobs and it can all add up.

    Haha Seinfeld fan I hope?

If i remember correctly, the original owner was a gentleman and he looked like the typical business type in a suit, but who knows nowadays.

The boxster. The blond was fine-other than her terrible choice of color. The boxster though is a great car.
