    Good to meet you guys and Karim thanks for the help on the smog isssue. Hank, Rachel looks stunning and Young it is great to know that you drive your TR instead of just storing it. If I don't head out to the show in Hollywood on Sunday I might check out Anthoy's 2 racing Shelby Cobras and his Monterey Blue SV, he lives down the street from me.

    I'll add one pic to this thread. Never seen one in person. Corvette based kit car of a TR. The owner came up to me and said "Looks great doesn't it?" I didn't know what to say to that.

    I actually like that Bob's Big Boy on Friday night is about the old muscle car iron. I like that it's been going on since the 1950's. Being from the east coast, this is my impression of Southern California car culture. A better place for everything to come together and mesh is VCR or even CC.

    So, what's that? One Friday down, 5 more decades of Fridays to go before you've instituted change at BBB?

    Nah, we really aren't pulling a "let's change" this thing - - just a unique infusion of Italian rolling art for the fun of it. The "actually" part of this post is that 5 decades ago I cruised BBB on Van Nuys Blvd. in my 3/8" X 5/16" flathead 48 Ford club cp. - maroon and tan. My Isky 400 Jr. cam absolutely "rocked the boat". The plant looked like (my block was blue) the pic I took of a stunning installation in a 32 roadster at Laguna Seca this year. Great fun in the 50s - great fun now:)

    Very nice engine. The Rothman Rally 911 was at the German Autofest a few weekends ago. Very neat car.
