Nice CS. Is that an aftermarket Rollbar in the cabin behind the seats? I've never seen that before.

I thought I read on here somewhere that those rollbars weren't legal in the US so that might be Euro spec...?

This car looks very similar to one that was for sale in the same area of florida about 1.5 years ago. Same colors, stripe, interior and it had the rollbar. When I called on the car it seemed alittle fishy because they couldn't tell me where the rollbar came from or how it got there. I don't remember exactly what the case was but the car seemed alittle bit fishy to me. Could be CAN spec? Worth following up on.

Brett, when are you going to South Florida? I'll be interested to hear your comparison to the Ford GT. (Too bad you missed out on my GT2. They picked it up today, and it's on its way to Arkansas then Ohio).
    I like the rollbar.

There was another post from someone requesting a PPI for this same car. The vehicle is euro version, as you can observe on the rear bumper with the wide space for euro license plate.

Brett, I had PM you on this.

I called it as a Euro first ;)

I think most dealers will do anything/say anything to sell a car.

There is also a handful of United Arab Emirates 360's being shopped by Florida dealers. Read the CARFAX carefully, decode the VINs and do your homework!!

The rear bumper licence plate indentation is the same on US Challenge Stradale, no cigar my friend. If the roll bar is factory it is not a FNA car. Have them FAX the signature page showing the US dealer and original owner. To be clear, "US spec" does not equate to imported by Ferrari North America. Many middle eastern cars and those imported into central and I believe South America are "US spec."

this car was originally at Autobahn-Motors in FL. i inquired about this vehicle and initially was told it was a US car. upon my second conversation, i was enlightened that the car came from Dubai, which could explain the non-US rollbars.

Hi, I am new to Ferrari Chat, and this is my 1st post, I had the VIN checked on the CS that is at Fort Lauderdale Collection by a freind at Ferrari last week, I too was interested in the car, It was offered to me for $183k, I was told by my contact that the car is a USA car, but it was delivered in Italy, then exported to Miami, so it did not come thru FNA, it had a 2 year warranty that has expired, you will not be able to purchase any type of extended warranty from a Ferrari dealer on the car, also possibly there will be no support thru FNA for the car as it did not come thru them (recalls etc.). Today I bought the red CS that Boardwalk Ferrari had, they picked up my yellow & black 2001 360 F1 Spider on trade in today, I should have my CS Tuesday or Wendsday, they threw in another year of factory warranty at no charge to me on the CS as the original warranty is running out soon. The transporter that picked up my car today asked me if my Spider was a new car, because he had never seen a car without any marks on it, and he had never filled out an inspection report an a car that was perfect before. I hope this info helps someone on the CS in south Florida, By the way, where can I get a removable stripe for my CS? also a roll bar set up? I have found the 4 point belt set up, Is the roll bar needed to mount the 4 point belts correctly in a CS?
Feel free to email me if anyone needs more info or can answer my CS questions, thanks Mike
