365 "Cool Plates"

    I finally came around to registering my 1969 365 GT 2+2 in California. Our county tax is 8.75% that goes to Arnold Schwarzenegger. The total DMV bill was over $4,700, but I did manage to get cool plates.

    I don't know of any other State that produces the "plus" + sign on the plate. Here are the pictures. I'm OK with having a front plate now. First F-car I've ever had with a front plate. The holes did not line up, so I redrilled the plate, NOT the car.

    That's great! There was a 365 2+2 in Oregon with the plate "365GT" but yours is even better!

    Too bad you have to have the front plate, though...

    Mine is nothing special, it's a yellow Oregon plate from the 70s, when the car first came here.

    QQ is the designation NJ uses for historic tags -- I have no idea what it stands for though and have wondered myself.
