I have had my GT4 on AAA for the last 13 years only to find that it cost more and insures for less than the value of the car. I filled out their Classic vehicle app after getting a flashy brochure in the mail only to find out that they will not insure exotics?????? All the pics in the brochure are old US steel are they racist???

Anyway I got a quote from Hagerty, but thought I would ask if you guys had any good or gad experiences with these companies??? I am concerned since they are out of state. I never expect to use it only in that worst case scenario. BTW Cavallino has the GT4 up to $35K and I know at least 4 guys looking for them, maybe its our 15 minutes coming up???

Thanks in advance for your responses!

This is not a solicitation for business. I've been on a couple of runs with you guys and yer all Nutz! :)

As brokers, we have access to all the classic car insurers, and I like Hagerty the best. Advice? Don't under insure your car. The difference between buying 20k or 40k worth of coverage is only a few $$ per year.

I've had Hagerty on my 4 collector cars for years. Top notch organization to deal with!

Remember to "over" insure your car to cover restoration expenses, and, hopefully, appreciation!

Call Peter Enos, he was at the CHP event and really wants to insure your car. He is in Calabasas. Oddly, i met him when he worked at AAA and he has since moved. I would give him the opportunity to see what he can do for you, tell him i refferd you.
