Ken Lay has GOT to be still alive.

I was watching FoxNews today, and there is a rumor going around that Ken Lay faxed his death. They said that 48 million dollars has now gone "missing" and the wife says she has no idea what happened to it. Then I saw this article online:

Also, they say nobody has seen his body, he was quickly cremated after his "death". With 48 million you could pay off some cremators and some plastic surgeons to change your appearance.... very easy to fake a death.

I always said when he first "died" that he is on a beach somewhere sipping Pina Coladas.

 

I wonder if this is how Rob has somehow financed his SCCA runoffs effort ?

I mean, Rob shows up with new parts, untested..........

You know a judge rescinded his conviction because he had no chance to appeal. It apparently is customary to do that if the criminal dies before an appeal.


So, his family gets to keep all the looted money.

Yes, there are several dozen civil cases pending.
But it's pretty easy to sneak a million or two offshore and live in a small country for the rest of your life. Marlon Brando did (lived it, not sneaked it).
