If you find the right house, but with low garage ceiling, you always have the option of removing the roof trusses, and fitting scissor trusses..... or If you twist my arm, I will pencil you a new house design....
I can't afford you unless I fall back on my alternative profession for all GoldCoasters - drug dealing can you design it with a "hydroponic vegetable garden " for me
Of course it is when you have pics like this of YOU on the internet....... Image Unavailable, Please Login
trying to buy a neighbours house, poofter wont sell......yet, but i have plans drawn up for an underground 8 car garage, tennis court on top
Im having the same problemm which is why im looking at moving to one of my other houses. Thats the plan i have for my other house, but not many houses in Perth actually use Trusses for roof's so it'll be a little more complicated.
Joke- Guy calls a Chinese resturaunt and asks to talk to a "Mr Walls please". The resturaunt owner replies "No Mr Walls here sorry". "Can I talk to a Mrs Walls please?". "No Mrs Walls here sorry" replied the resturaunt owner. "Are there any Walls there" asks the guy on the phone...... "No Walls here Sir" said the resturaunt owner now getting rather fustrated. Then whats holding up the roof replies the guy on the phone before hanging up!
with a truss being a pre fabricated cross section of the roof you just plonk them on the top and put some rafters (i think thats what the bits you attach the tiles or tin too), where as because most houses here are B&T, they just do roof's with large beams with hips & valleys, but dont actually use trusses in the same way as you do in the east. Houses in Perth are built quite differently to most other cities.
