Sold my pride and joy almost two months ago through an Indy but now still chasing him to get the proceeds back. Any similar experience? If so, how best to deal with it? I'm not in the country most of the time so difficult to just go and sit in the office.

    Cheers.

Should this move to the UK section ?

A starting point for you would be to put the organisation's name in the search function here (top left ?) and see what happens

Bet I can guess who it is then...go to the UK section and look through, search on dealer name, you will come across plenty of posts...sorry, but not good if its who I think it is.

If the broker has been paid, it is a crime for him not to pay you. Report him to the police. Insist that they follow through: it is more than a civil matter, it is fraud. Also, see a lawyer.

A well known dealer in outer London. Not sure if I should disclose names on this board. We can discuss privately. It's very frustrating!

please. discuss only the facts. if the dealer is doing this, the rest of the community should know. the truth is more powerful than lies and conjecture and the truth is on your side since you are the injured party.

Thats exactly what this board is for. Call the jerk out in public on the Ferrari forum where it huts him right in the pocketbook. These guys need to think twice before screwing anybody.

I can't give proper advice with the venue being GB since no US laws would apply.

Not those guys. As a lot of people have warned me about them, so I went for the most "popular" one, then this happened... Everyone's been raving about them on this board, am I alone in getting this treatment?
