I own a M6 and several Fcars, but the M6 was my daily driver until I bought my Bentley I love it!!! since is my new car is my daily right now, but the M6 has its own magic, great performance, not so much on the looks, but hey it looks different than the rest of the other BMWs, I hate to drive a car that looks just like the cars everyone drives, I have a very discriminating taste.

My final point is the M6 is a great car for the money.

I just purchased an M6 after driving several cars, including an E63 and CLS63. The looks of the CLS appealed to me more than even the M6. To me the E63 was ok looking, but did not knock my socks off. However, both MB AMG cars go like snot in a straight line. The sound is fantastic too.

The more I looked at the M6 in person, along with driving it, the more I liked the car. Now, after less than a week of ownership, I really like this car. It has more of a sports car feel than my CL55 and, imo, any other AMG car except an SLR.

In the end, it's "to each his/her own", isn't it? :)

From what Ive seen of the car its a knockout but gets boring. A local guy has one and often comes to where I work. At first when I saw it the car was crazy and gorgeous but every time I see it the car gets more bland and boring. The E55 seems pretty cool and they run low 12's in the 1/4. Personally Id go for the E55 but Id drive both cars thats the only way I could decide. There both cool cars but in different aspects.

Yeah, I looked at them. The dealer -- LFSC -- from which I have purchased four F cars sells them. They price out $20K more than an M6. LFSC has one now with 9000 miles and they will sell for around $100K, same as what I paid for my brand new M6. I can also easily fit my two kids in the back of my M6.

I drove a Vantage and the power is not all that impressive either. Road & Track says a 997S (non turbo normally aspirated) is faster than a Vantage. And that is consistent with my impression too. DB9 is a different story!

Bottom line: looks are part of the equation, not all of it.

You come here, you make money. I guarantee it. Then expand into Vegas and other cities/areas.

Matthew, if you are interested in the M6, it is a great car with lots of power up on the torque curve. Feels more like a high-revving inline six. The seats are great and the craftsmanship is nice, aside from the sunvisors...lol..
We ordered a black on black a long time ago, and it has arrived to the Palm Springs dealership last week. I have the right to buy the car for sticker, but want to buy a different car now. Let me know if you are interested. The right is transferable to anyone.

    Hey Matthew,

Sent you an email about the M6. It would be fun if we could make this happen. We could set up a meeting in the near future. Check your yahoo mail please.

Did you see the Top Gear where they time a 997S vs. AM V8 vs. M6 on a closed road run on the Isle of Man? I won't spoil it if you haven't. It's on YouTube.
