The air circulation fan in my 355 makes a very faint sqeak. Most would never notice, but it's the kind of thing that gets to me. I never notice in the summer with the top off, but now that it is getting cooler...

Is it possible to get to the fan or motor and give it a little lube?

The blower fan is located right under the front bonnet, in that open rectangle near the winshield. The recirculation flap is there as well.
Let us know how you make out.

How easy is it to get the flap back in? Mine fell out some time ago...

Are you talking about the fan or the door that the above posts are talking about? If its the fan motor itself it is inside the large black box in PAPs picture. To get to the blower fan you have to remove the entire box to get the fan. It is not difficult just time consuming. If it is the fan motor you are concerned about let me know and I will spend the typing time to tell you if not...never mind. hahaha, Regards, Vern

When I reached in the box and spun the fan, it was just a little squeaky. So I cleaned it as best i could and directed a little tri-flo lube toward the center through a couple holes. So far, no more squeaky! Sweet! If it comes back, I'll have to pull the whole unit for a clean and lube.

    Thanks!
