I thought so too, but I can't imagine he would act the same skit twice. It is a damn shame that he's no longer doing his show. It was the best thing going for TV!
Former hip-hop cop details why rap world and sports collide so violently BY MARK LELINWALLA DAILY NEWS SPORTS WRITER About two weeks ago, the Daily News reported that cops were investigating whether members of Brooklyn rapper Fabolous' street crew may have snatched a $50,000 platinum chain off the neck of Boston Celtics guard Sebastian Telfair outside of Justin's, a Manhattan bar and grill owned by Sean 'Diddy' Combs on W. 21st Street. Following the robbery, Telfair reportedly whipped out his cell phone and made a call. Twenty-three minutes later, at approximately 12:35 a.m., a gunman shot Fab in the thigh at a nearby parking lot. Rappers dont need to be gangsta if they got people doing the dirty work, it's just wrong in the end.
At least this guy drives his cars...hopefully like they were meant to be driven. Nice little house there...must make for some nice slumber parties with the ladies..
The racism discussion going on between Terry and 'The K Reloaded' is ruining the thread. If you want to continue it then take it somewhere else. Alex, thanks for the pictures and thanks to everyone else that posted something that has to do with Scott Storch and/or his cars.
Daniel I was under the impression that FLC handled his cars. I know that back in the day he used to buy from us then I thought FLC landed him. I guess you guys are the ones..... Congrats
John, a thread is ruined for me when I have to suffer someones inherent racist tendencies. Though I'm sorry it ruined your thread, watching passively is not an option as it only encourages the ignorant.
I've seen a couple here at Symbolic events in San Diego - I guess we'll have to differ. The window sticker is impressive, but the car lacks "cool" like a Daytona, California Spyder, Speedster and so on. It looks like a sports car that was stung by a bee and is now all swollen and puffed up. I was thinking the same, but it takes years to learn about classic cars and I'd guess he made his money fast. He'll probably lose more in depreciation on these than I'll make in my lifetime, and I don't know what I'd do with a Maybach, two Rolls and a Bentley... especially for a guy who probably flies everywhere anyway. But he probably doesn't care. It's an amazing display of money, FWIW. As long as he didn't steal it, more power to him.
Does anyone actually think a VEYRON will ever depreciate? NO WAY...I guess they'll even appreciate when production stops and they'll become classics in the future
LOL @ this thread..... The guy is young, rich, talented, has yachts, mansions, and drives the hottest cars in the world. I could definitely see why so many old guys on here are bitter. Oh yea, he's Canadian too! Go Scott!
I'm actually quite appauled @ Mr.Springer's use of the word "wigger". Mr.Springer I'm sorry to inform you that the word wigger is just derogatory as it's derivative which I'm sure you are quite familiar with & I think it's safe to say that it's a part of your vernacular judging by the way you freely used the term wigger in a public forum. Irregardless as to how Mr.Storch has amassed his fortune & whether or not you approve of it or not is totally irrelavant. Mr.Springer keep in mind your children will soon be indoctrinated into the pseudo hip-hop pop culture(I refer to it as pseudo because it has strayed far from it's origin & is solely an enterprise) & your hard earned dollars will be going to individuals such as Mr.Storch to support their lifestyles that you have such contempt for. Please keep in mind as another poster stated that suburban middle class & affluent caucasian children & the number one consumers of rap music. Record company executives are well aware of the vast amount parents with your mentality therefore they sign acts like Justin Timberlake,K-Fed,& Christina Aguilera. Just to make the pill a little bit easier to swallow, despite the fact that they are caucasian their material is derived from R&B & hip-hop with African American ghost writers & producers.
Dear Bullfighter, For the record, Westworld later said: I agree completely with Westworld. Mr Storch does appear to have a real interest in cars and is not simply buying indiscriminately because of his wealth as you are clearly suggesting. You said: I don't think anyone can assume that Mr Storch has not spent years learning about cars or that he does not know about cars because he made his money fast. Also, one is not less of a car nut or buff because one lacks an interest in classic cars. Anyway, does one really need years to learn about classic cars ? I really don't think so. Btw, unless I am mistaken, Ferrari spells it spider, not spyder. However, the statement you made that I disagree with most was this one: What is that supposed to mean ? That's like saying P4/5 is a nice car as long as James Glickenhaus didn't steal it. I beg to differ on the Veyron. I think its beautiful and an engineering marvel. Its definitely "cooler" than the Daytona, spider and speedster. Personally, I never liked the Daytona anyway. Its an akward looking car.
I'm betting the Veyron will depreciate. They're very hot right now, and the buyers premium is very low.
Dont forget even the Mac f1 spent a few years not as THE car, and didnt appreciate at the rate it does these days.
So basically, he does **** for a living and drives a Bugatti. I was wondering how long it would take soemone from the world of crap music to ruin the Bug's image like they do any other previously desireable car.
Are you f'n kidding me? I'll tell you what, when you start writing hits, and can fetch half a mill to produce a track, then you can come back and start slinging mud at Stroch. Until then, keep your mouth shut. You have no idea how hard it really is to not only write hits, but to make the contacts to get those hits on the radio/tv/sold in stores... Best of luck with your casio...
