Fifth Gear is in the middle of their season now, though it's terrible. I get mine off of Usenet. I'd recommend using bittorrent though..its easier to use.

    Walter -

Can you give me more info on this... Do I go to bittorrent.com and they sell the seasons on DVD for the U.S. ?

I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer to figure this out.

Nope. Many people are confused by bittorrent. Just see it as another way of sharing files, like Napster, Kazaa or Limewire.

The difference is, instead of opening the program to search for your file, you go to a website.

    Step by step ...

Download and install the "sharing program". I use BitComet, very straightforward and easy to use. And free.

Go to a torrent site, I use www.isohunt.com or www.mininova.org , both of these have ALL the fifth gear/top gear episodes you ever wanted.

Search/Find the episode you want, and open the small torrent file (it should ask you automatically, and BitComet should open up right away). No need to save that file, just open it.

BitComet does its thing (ie, download), it may take a while to get going, but it's normal

Find the folder where BitComet saved the video (it usually asks you where ou want to save it at the beginning)

    Enjoy video.

edit - yeah, these won't be DVDs, just downloadable episodes that you can eventually burn to a DVD

Clarkson said on the news the other day that Top Gear will be back in Jan or Feb, because Hammond needs time to rest, sell his story to the papers and write a book about it. :D

When you go to Final Gear, sign up for the updates. They tell you when the torrents are available.
