If you notice, the two Maseratis are white and green. Coupled with the red F430, they make a colorful automotive Italian flag. Cars is one of the greatest movies ever.

I'm not much of an animation fan...but this movie was really good. I was skeptical when we went and saw it....but it wasn't long before I realized that this was something special. It is truly a great movie. Larry the cable guy does the voice of tow-mater and he practically steals the show. You have to watch closely because there are many, many cool things in the background too. The amount of thought and effort that went into it must be staggering. I'm a big fan of this movie. You won't be disappointed! Our hero Schumi is in there - and I cheered when I heard his voice (the only one in the whole room!). I like the way they pay homage and have respect for Ferraris. I think everyone who likes cars likes this show. There is no disrespect to be found against any marque or type. A great show!

I'm waiting for it to come out on DVD so Mrs Dubai can give it to me as a gift. It was being shown on our flights last month but I chose not to watch it so that when she gives it to me it will be a really special gift.

Cars is a great movie. The subtle details and hints are especially wonderful for any real car fans to appreciate.

The movie is just an example when the filmmaker, and the crew have gasoline running in their veins (in the right way). It just works.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for the UK DVD which supposedly has Mr. Clarkson voicing Harv the race manager instead of Mr. Piven as in the US release. :)

Well before the movie came to theaters, I read an article that said that not only was MS gonna be in it, but also Fernando Alonso. Did anyone notice him? Im about 90% sure he wasnt actually in it, but I may have just missed it.

Ill try to find that article.

edit- couldnt find the article, but IMDB says this:
Edit2- oddly this page contradicts itself later, saying that MS also was the voice in the Italian production. I guess GF could have been at another part. Also it supports the Clarkson info.

I'm watching the DVD as I write this. Looking at the credits MS is the only recent Fcar driver. Loved his scene. DVD came in it's own metal tin that looks great. Fair number of bonus features. Two extra short films included. Worth every penny, and my little nephews will love it too, I bet.

Can anyone send me a screen shot of Guido and Luigi decked out in their Tifosi finery? (If you saw the movie you know what I'm talking about- if not I don't want to spoil it). It was one of the funniest images in the movie for me and I can't find it in the net ANYWHERE.
