I think someone has posted previously on which countries in the GCC have US spec Ferraris and which countries have Euro spec. I wouldn't trust a seller's word from several thousand miles away, though. Basically I think buying cars from such a distance and with little knowledge of local commercial and legal practices is a minefield best avoided.
Agree 100%. 355 is for me the most beautiful of the modern Ferraris, and nothing beats the sound of a Tubi with the top down.
