    I had been torn between a 328 and a 348 for months. I think I had finally settled on a 348, and as you may know from other threads here, was actively searching for one. However...

    An elaborate ruse was set up by my business partner. I come home from work yesterday and there is this gorgeous 328 GTS sitting in my driveway. You could have knocked me over with a feather. I closed some large deals for our company and my partner hauls off and buys me a car. Jeebus.

    It is a 1987 328 GTS with only 19,000 miles on it. 19,000!!! Just had a major, water pump, and new clutch done two weeks ago. Must have been a garage queen. It's from Ohio. Anyone know it?

    I'm going to drive it for a year or so and then maybe slide into a 348. We'll see. But I think this is a good start on my Ferrari voyage. I'll get an understanding and appreciation for the vehicles.

    It was almost dark when I got home so that's the best pictures I could get and it's raining cats and dogs today in Atlanta.

    Also, I made my business parter enough money this year he can afford one for himself as well. He loved driving it. Said he almost changed his mind about putting it in my driveway. :)

    Nice work!! Can I be your business partner? :D:D Is he going to get a 328 also?? Does he already own a Ferrari! I still cant believe it. What a great gesture!! What a guy! You obviously earnt it. :) Amazing. :)

    The VIN is 73721 and it's from Michigan and Ohio. Anyone know this car??

    Nice ride! Tell your partner I'll sell him my 348! I understand being 'torn' between the models. I bought my 348ts in April, but I am selling it to go back to a 308. I'll miss the technology upgrades of the 348, but will enjoy driving the 'classic' Ferrari design of the 308. I really miss the windshield view of the slant fender wells of the 308 body.

    Sweet ride. Good advise u gave to yourself. Drive it for a while and see how u like it. Sell it to your partner and get an upgrade if u want later. Make sure u constantly tell ur partner how great the car is over your ownership to up the excitment level. (Salesmanship 101)

    My "partner" bought me my 348 Spider and I also helped her become very successful - of course we're married so that wasn't a stretch. I only had to promise to chase away the nubile young things that drapped themselves provocatively over the hood every now and again... :D

    That's Lil MOC ver 1.0. I'm teaching her how to drive at age 3. Good parenting IMO. :)

    Congrats. That looks like a fine example of a true classic. I wanted a 348, then decided the 355 was for me, but have lately been thinking the 328 is the way to go. Now after seeing yours, WOW, I'm hooked.
