    I have done the sport exhausts, the chips, the K/N filter, but still way not enough. Without taking apart the motor is there anything I can do.Ram air?

    Welcome to Fchat! You'll find lots of great suggestions here, and some not so good. Suggest you spend $15 to subscribe so you can see all the good pix of the projects. The 348 Brotherhood is probably the best community here with a number of technical guys (who really work on their own cars) and professional mechanics as well a just fine human beings! Post pics of your car!

    hey, that's a great idea and others have done it with success!!

    Heck, the Jap tuners do it to their Honda motors all the time and they don't break the bank....Besides the engine bay of the 348 has so much empty space, when you can take away one of the mufflers and remove the air cleaner assembly....it's an ideal setup for Twin Turbos!

    Not too long ago I saw an almost complete Norwood Twin Turbo setup for the 348 on eBay for $1K...all the piping and plumbing, turbos and wastegates were there but no intercoolers or Motronic ECUs....I regret not getting it now. Someone got a GREAT deal....

    However, I'm working with a local tuner on a complete Twin Turbo setup with intercooler but without modifing the ECUs...I'm hoping to be in the range of $5K for the entire setup.

    OK, I know I'm going to bet some interesting feed back on this one. Lnowing I'm not really a stock kind of guy, at least not a purest by deffination. If, and thats a big if, i do indeed do the norwood twin turbo, (i wish it was just 35K) I'm thinking of making some new logos for the car, and calling it a 388GTO. Ok now you can all say i'm nuts. I thought it was a novel idea.

    MY understanding about the norwood conversion, is it includes a major engine upgrade, completely rebuilt with lots and lots of really high quality stuff. They also do away with the old ignition system altogether, in favor of a new simpler, more reliable setup.

    If you want to go faster.....take a driver's school. The 348 isn't short on power......you have to know how to extract what it has.
