Nah, tell me....honestly, what would you think if you seen a guy pull up in a Ferrari on track day sporting that helmet? "Oh, just cause he has a Ferrari he thinks he's MS." Nice for the shelf, not for the track. If I were to buy that brand, I would have to get a replica paint job. lol

I politely disagree. I prefer to wear the best helmet I can buy.

The Bell is spectacular, but Schuberth has really pushed the envelope with regard to helmet technology. If I could get a Schuberth with similar to the features they've used for MS's helmets, I would buy one. Acquiring a Schuberth like that is another question. For now, I'll stick with my Bell.

If I ever buy a helmet, I'm getting it painted like my college football team's helmet (Florida Gators).

Nice... i hadn't seen that model before. Bell helmets are very comfortable and great price value. For the money it's the best way to go.

I don't care much for Schuberth helmets although they are supposed to be cutting hedge technology.

Not if you tried it on! When I first started racing with Jim Russell back in 85 I'd tried one of those on. It was the most comfortable helmet I'd ever worn. It was a bit awkward to "snap" on though. You had to tilt your head forward to get the back part to clear your neck/shoulders and close then hold it in place and tilt your head backward for the front part to clear your clavicle as well. I wound up buying a Bell because it was less expensive. I should have gotten the GPA.

Oh, Arnoux used to wear one.
