Hello,

If you are ready to buy this vehicle please e-mail me your eBay user id, full buyer's name and address, including city, state and zip code and with your aproval and confirmation that you are ready to buy this car I will contact eBay and start the transaction. They will contact you soon and let you know how should you make the payment and some other information regarding this transaction. Once the money will be into eBay's account, I'll make all arrangements for the vehicle to be shipped to your address. You will also receive all the necessary papers with the vehicle. After you'll receive the car you'll have a 15 days acceptance period (to test the vehicle and verify it's title), until the money will be sent from ebay's account, to me. Please e-mail me your details if you are ready to begin the transaction and I will contact eBay and start the procedure. The bidding for this vehicle is preaproved and can't be unblocked. So I need your details to complete the bill of sale and after that I will provide a copy to eBay and start the transaction.

Regards,

Ask him to send/fax you a copy of the title with his name on it.
Tell you feel bad for him having to cover the costs of shipping the car. So you will arrange the shipping for him. You just need the address where the car is and your shipping company can pick it up at no cost to him......... ;)

I am going to purchase the car and don't feel you should have to pay for shipping, especially since this is a great offer for me. Please give me the address of where the car is so I can arrange to have my shipper come to pick it up once the transaction is completed.

I love this. You guys are really messing with this dildo.
I wounder if he has already spent the deposit money?

This is so typical of the results I get whenever I see one of these on Ebay. They all have the same lines.

Ok,

In this case I will lower my vehicle's price to 49k. The vehicle is located in my garage from Houston. The address is 9582 almeda bend court, Houston TX 77075. As you know I am able to end my listing earlier. I done it due to the fact I have lots of interested customers on this vehicle. I announced eBay and the told me that I can sell this vehicle using their services if I will provide a copy after the bill of sale to them and if the buyer is an eBay member. So, I need your details to complete the bill of sale and after that I will provide a copy to eBay
and start the transaction. They will send you the Invoice and payment instructions. After they will receive payment in their bank account you will be the new owner of this vehicle. Please provide me full buyer's name address and I will start the transaction.

Regards,
Tan

That is awesome - I have a cousin that lives right near there. He lives off of Gulf Freeway, I think it's on or near Almeda Genoa Rd. I called him and he says you should only be about 5-10 minutes from him. When can he come by to look at the car. Not that I don't trust you, just to make sure the car looks as good as you represent. Then I will get you all my info and money to you. Thanks

I googled his address and found a street and fake cousin right near him...What are the chances..

LOL :D :D Your "cousin" can even bring a substantial cash deposit if desired to hold the car since he is getting so much "interest". :D :D

The vehicle is locked in my garage and the only one who has the key is my friend William. My friend from US (the one who will handle the shipping process) is living in Florida and the vehicle is located in TX. I had another interest customer who asked my friend to meet him in TX and then he never showed up, so my friend, Mr. William was very mad because he traveled all the way for nothing and told me that he will not go again if I won't have a payment confirmation from eBay. So the only way to make this deal is if you will accept to deal using eBay's services. If you want to be the owner of this vehicle you must accept my terms. As you know eBay is the best company of online transactions and your money are safe with them. They won't release payment until you will confirm that you are in possession of the vehicle. If you want you can go see, inspect and pick up the vehicle, but ONLY after eBay will confirm that they received payment in their bank account. Your money are fully guaranteed by eBay because you will send payment to their bank account and not directly to me.

I won't receive any money until you will inspect the car. After that they will either send payment to me (if you will accept the vehicle) or refund you (if you won't like the vehicle after the inspection). Please reply with your full name and shipping address if you are ready to start this transaction.

Regards,
Tan

You know, the funny part is, if they would just ask for a fair market value on these cars they probally would get alot more bites. But all these scammers keep using the same old pattern on these auctions. Silly low prices, going though fake shipping co.'s, etc.......I know its sad to say, but a part of me thinks if someone is stupid enough to fall for these scams then they deserve to learn the hard way, because the easy way( like the way we have all learned) didn't seem to work for them.

maybe tell Mr. Nguyen that "your friend" is loaning you the money and he will only deal with the owner. He tried the eBay once and the seller never showed so he won't do that again. C'mon, we have to tie this guy up some more... ;)

Tell him:

kiếm tiền bằng cách lừa gạt
to get money by fraud

Tan - I totally understand your position. My buddy Dan is actually loaning me the money for the car and I have a blank check from him. After talking to him today, he says no way will he deal thru Ebay. He has been burned before going that route and will not allow me to use his funds to make a deal this way. He wants to talk with you or see the car in person or a copy of the title, something to show this is not a scam. Hopefully we can work out something for this wonderful car.

In the meantime I will be logging onto every porn site I can using his email address...He will be spammed to death..

You will never get this guy this way. The biggest reason scammers get caught is when they too get greedy. It is the same reason they don't price their cars in the "market value".

If they priced it at fair market value, they know they will get the drawn out owners who will run CarFax reports and request PPIs. Someone who thinks they found the steal of the lifetime will have a better chance of putting money down due to greed and the fear of "losing the deal of a lifetime". That's why it is effective.

Now the one thing that typically breaks a scammer is greed. Just like any thief or other deviant. They will keep pressing their luck. Eventually they will do it one too many times.

What I would do is tell him you don't want to lose the car. Sound scared. Not too much but a little. Let him take the bait. You should have done this about a week ago. Beg him to not sell the car to anyone (remember those other interested parties he mentioned before??). You need to ask him if he will take a direct wire of funds from your bank into his. If he gives you a bank account, he is toast. You can get the FBI in on it QUICK and they will arrest him before he knows it. If he can't produce a car, he is screwed. At that point, say he DOES have one (doubtful). He may offer to sell you that car instead of doing time. And you will get it at the price agreed upon.

However, I doubt the turd has a car. He is a scammer. See if you can get a bank #. But you will have about 3 days to make the magic happen if he gives you an account #.......

Unfortunately, if he is also smart, he will never use the email address you have again. Thus, you are wasting your time signing him up for porn and Betty Crocker. Notice the alphanumeric account he has?? Made up and disposable.........

Oh yeah, if you can get him to sign up for a PayPal account to "transfer the money" there, you can nail him. When he signs up for a PayPal they will have his banking info. Yep, his REAL banking info. 90% of the time the bank will have ALL of his legit info.

I can fax a copy of the vehicle's title to prove that I own this vehicle and it has a clear title. Also I don't know how was your buddy burned if he used eBay's services. This is impossible. If you agree to start the transaction and send payment to eBay's account after that, I will fax a copy of the vehicle's title.

Regards,
Tan

I can't believe this tan crook thinks a buyer will just send money with no proof of ownership.

Well his name seems ultra common too.....So there are probably quite a few out there who actually do own a 355....

Copy of the title arrived today. It has him as the owner with a Florida title and address. I called Ooley & Blackburn, where the car was for sale, they say the car did have a FL title, but the onwer listed on my copy is not the real owner or the correct address. The previous onwer has had the car since new. The title sent to me says Tan has owned the car since 2005. He is really trying to sell this car.
