2ND Annual DFW Toy Run

Put me down for a strong-maybe... have passenger. Just hope my 5 year old will give up the toy we bring.

 

That's an easy fix, just buy a girls toy!

Our schedule has been a bit uncertain of late but, at present, Carol and I will be there, as will our son and daughter-in-law in their Miata.

Unfortunately, count me out....I'm working 7 days next week.

 

Do we have a destination point? I have a good friend who wants to bring his kid to the end point to see all the cars. PM me if it's a "secret"

 

I re-read the thread and I see that the end of the toy run is the fire station in denton. But can I get details on the restaurant?

 

Changes at work for me as well, I have to go in on Saturday. Hate to miss it.

That is 20 confirmed, 2 maybes and a 75%er. I have been looking at the weather maps and the weather looks perfect. Very little chance of inclement weather and perhaps a 55 or 60 degree day with lots of sunshine. I don't think we can ask for more than that!

I will probably get the maps and the route printed on Wednesday, so if anyone knows of anybody who wants to go please tell them to post or call me. Thanks in advance for everyones help and participation

Hey Don... as discussed, I'm spreading the word amongst the North Texas Lotus Club as well. Looks like two of us are on board so far, though I've just sent out reminders tonight.

 

I live less than a mile away from that Brookshires. You guys mind if I participate? I promise to bring the M3 and not the 12YO POS Sentra SE-R (unless you guys want me to).

It looks like I can make it. My son has a hockey game at the Frisco Stars Center at 1:00 so it looks like my schedule will work... hopefully topless...( not my wife though) I know I have opened a can of worms with that one...

At this point my only issue is whether or not I'll have a car. If the white one isn't back in my possession, I'll probably just come to the start and not do the rest of the run.
