Guys, Thanks for the tips but I can't pull the trigger just yet. When I'm ready Fchat will be the place I start...and likely finish.

Love the wrap--around rear window. Also seeing the logo and the gently writhing glass panel in the rear view mirror. Love the oil cap and similar fuel cap. Looking good. You should consider doing the red lens mod for the center A/C cockpit panel. It beats the green look hands down.
All I have to say, is what ever you paid for this 348, you did not pay enough. It has wonderful and tastefull modifications done to it. In my opinion it raises the value of the car. Congrats on fine car! GQ
Your travel pics are some of the best shots of a 348 I have ever seen. I took a road trip (not in the Ferrari) a year and a half ago and went to Arches as one of the stops. Incredible scenery. Your knack for photographic composition is apparent. Great looking 348 also. Enjoy the car! BT
Thanks guys! Got the bling pedals installed from Hill Engg. It was a Christmas gift from my brother Also a pic of the old pedals ... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
You should make a zip, so we can have some high res shots! I'd love some for my desktop! you know you want to! haha
New mod added - +450hp at the crank guaranteed. Lap times dropped by 30 secs/lap. Fan base grew by the millions. Can you spot it? Strange side effects though - My chin grew an inch. Also, for some reason, I call anyone with the name Jacques Villeneuve "Whiney b****" Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
hey there speedy sam, I am really impressed with your car. Great photos. Great photos. Great roadtrip. Great pedals. Did I already mention the great photos. Congratuations. Very impressive. Love the glass over the engine. One of the nicest (actually, probably the nicest - but I don't want it to go to your head - ha ha ha) 348s I have ever seen. More pics and more roadtrips. Maybe a roadtrip to Canon Beach Oregon on May 4, 5 6 or Sear Point Raceway /FXX Challenge (Big get-together with lots of F-cars-) in April 14 and 15. Again, very impressive photos and car. mbrown
Sam, I think you're going to need more than Schumacher on the v-plate to get 450+ hp out of the 348! I think the record here is how quickly those boys behind the barbed wire got that plate cut fer ya! Those things take 3-4 months in AR.
I'm sure I'm in the minority, but..... I've never understood the big fascination with the metal pedal attachments. Especially the accelerator pedal. Ferrari went to lengths to provide a smooth accelerator pedal and a smooth surface next to it so you can carefully modulate/feather the pedal. The idea being that your shoe can easily slide as you depress the pedal and doesn't get caught up on rough surfaces. Then people spend money to put on a piece of metal that is better suited to grating parmesan cheese onto a nice bowl of pasta. It seems like a case of "fashion" over function or "I've got the money, someone went to the trouble of producing it and it's available so I'll buy it." Don't mean to offend anyone here. I did put a metal dead pedal on my car because it made sense to me. Gives a sturdier feeling surface and protects the corner/edge. Erich
No offense taken. But my left foot was slipping off of the clutch pedal when my shoes were wet, and at other times squeaking when I shifted. The textured metal pedals cured that for both clutch and brake pedals. Your point about the accelerator pedal still stands, though.
