Can anybody explain why this car was in South Carolina at the Eurofest without all it's previous decals and such? It looks like Aaron (awhite) hasn't been on Fchat for many months. Aaron brought it to our VIR track day in April, but I'm guessing he sold it since then?

    ??

    It had NC plates.

ONE MORE THING.... I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST in starting a thread about Roland. I don't care about the LeMans stuff, and everyone is tired of it. I'm glad he's in North Carolina and would welcome the opportunity to meet him sometime in our fine state.

I'm just curious about whether Aaron sold the F40LM back to him... I'm guessing he did, since all the emblems and stuff are gone.

How about if it is a real LM? ;)

    :)

We are also missing our local F40 owner in the Aussie section too :(

Roland rebuilt a badly damaged street car into a "LM". Discussed at some length in a Forza issue a few years ago. Don't know the issue number off the top of my head...

Again, I'm not interested whether its a real LM or Roland's history. Those issues are long since discussed. I simply wonder where Aaron went?

Roland was in deed there with the car. I met him briefly, and mentoined seeing him on F-chat, but his cell phone rang and we didn't get to talk much after that.

The car was awesome, and I wish I could have spent more time with him. The F40LM was sweet!

It turns out there's lots more, than may ever meet the eye.....certainly not on here....

Some site members have liens against the car, if not claim to title....

I could only shake my head as the Mothers ad ran during the F1 race yesterday.......something about these cars brings out the worst in everyone.....

What happened with Roland and Mothers Wax? He was a neighbor here in Ft. Collins and I haven't heard from him in quite some time.
