    Dear friends,

As you now we found great difficulty to obtain tires for original F40 rims (17") in Europe.
    Do you have any clues?
What about 18" rims? Enkei for example..

For 18' wheels you can find OZ, NEEZ, SPEEDLINE, BBS but not easy to find.

I'm just getting new tires on my F40 here in the states. I was told that currently only Michelin PS2s are available in the original size for the original rims at the performance level required. Does this match other peoples' understanding?

I had new Pirellis put on my original wheels a couple years ago. Now I run 18s with Michelins, tho.

I had trouble finding street F40 tyres in Australia a year ago. A set of local
Pirelli's turned up, and a local astute Ferrari tyre specialist picked up that they were old stock, and the rubber was already going hard. I suggest you watch out for that. In the end, I bought a set of 17 inch Dunlop SP8000 from Tyre Rack in USA, since this was the only brand I could find at the time. They turned out to be quite good for street use.

Recently I have bought 18 inch track tyres from Tyre Rack also, and both times their price was very competitive, and customer service was very good, delivery taking about 7 days.
