He said it won't be done until July.

I guess they are getting some custom tiles (made for the entire thing) which has them in limbo until they're done and shipped over. In the meantime he's building a Koi pond on the other end of the property. Always something..

thks, its in a small village about 15 mins from Nice airport in France. A very beautiful spot. I have some other great pics of other direction too which are on my other pc so will post from that.

Hi there, thanks very much. it is a beautiful spot near great villages, restaurants, mountain roads, the beach and awesome tunnels to Monaco and Italy beyond. Having said all that I am actually going to sell it. I just dont use it enough and it requires time and effort to maintain it. i just want a simple life.

hi its in village of le rouret which is close to st paul de vence and valbonne.

it took 5 years to build and has almost no cement in the stones. they are all just fitted against each other wuth walls that are nearly 30cm or more thick in the main bits . unbelievable construction. piece of art in itself

I love St Paul de Vence ! Somewhat calm and yet close to the whole excitation of the riviera.
