Just got the Coupe. SO much different than the Spider - (And not just because they are totally different color schemes). Spider is a Manual and the Coupe an F1. Different dynamics, sound, sensory perception. Difference in rigidity is immediately noticable. Handling is surely different. Gotta say, I love all the carbon in the Spider as well as the yellow tach, but the aluminum and red tach in the Coupe really is exceptional. Thanks. BTW, I bought them new (painfully overspec'ing the spider). Not from Algar though (where is Algar, BTW?)
Seeing double now, congrats on the new arrival!!! I'd also like hi-res photos for my Ferrari Chat member file!!
Chris is incredible. And all the folks from Ferrari of Central New Jersey are extraordinary. Entusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. All other buying experiences pale in comparison.
Congrats Stef. Have to say, however, that while Chris is a GREAT guy, I have not had good experiences with the rest of the staff there, including the co-owner. It's ashame because Chris is a tremendous talent. What's worse is the fact that Algar NEVER has any inventory! Wish you the best of luck and let's ride sometime. Where do you live? Joe, I'm not one to give advice but I would encourage you to consider going back and talking with the folks again. Not knowing the particulars about your experience (and it is none of my business) I would only offer that everyone - from the co-owner to the folks who answer the phone - have not just been good, but great everytime I have dealt with them. Sometimes external factors can make a specific experience less than perfect (I can get edgy with the guy in the coffee cart sometimes if I have a lot on my mind). And, hey, they do have a TON of awesome inventory there, so....
