Besides Ferrari of Orange County, does anyone know of a Ferrari mechanic that could do a major service on a 1985 Ferrari Mondial Cabriolet? Thanks!

There are a few reputable guys, I'm sure there will be others to chime in. But my experience is with Ferrari Service of Irvine, which has been positive, Michael is a good/honest guy.

Eugenio's Ferrari Service in San Gabriel is great; Bobileff in San Diego is great and where I take my 328.

Bullfighter, your link is good and so are my comments there. I believe the gentleman misspoke. He's a little shaken right now w/ the BS w/ FS of Irvine. He meant, I'm very sure, the Michael (Rozenstraten) of FS of Costa Mesa. Eugenio comes highly recommend, Costa Mesa is just a lot closer for me than Glendale. And, Michael R. has done very well by me.

Eugenio is amazing and very reasonable. His attention to detail is amazing.
Towing your car to Glendora is well worth it to ahve him work on your car.
Eugenio has worked on my car for the past 4 years 23K miles and everything has been perfect.

Eugenio is #1. Some very good ones follow him through the tape - then followed by some who shouldn't even be in the race. Bottom line, If you demand the very best--------get my drift?

    Cheers, hank

I would have two big thumbs up for Mike R. in Costa Mesa. Very honest, hard to find that these days.

Mike R. at Ferrari Service Irvine all the way. From my multiple experiences with him, they are a honest, stand-up business of real Ferrari enthusiasts. And their large, new facility is great.

Mike R. is not at, or affiliated with, the Irvine facility, he is in Costa Mesa.

Then there are 2 Mikes right? I've been to the one at Costa Mesa and I also took my car to the "new" Irvine location. Basically there's a Mike with hair and one without haha. Which one is which? Thanks.

Mike R. had a falling out with Irvine people. He was there briefly, but is only working out of Costa Mesa now.

So is Mike R. the, for lack of a better term, bald guy? I've always just called him Mike I don't actually know what his last name is. Thanks.

The R is Rozenstraten. He is a little gruff, but very honest, only charged me $12 labor for changing my mirror switch on my 328. Bald? Not sure, I think he was wearing a hat when I saw him last. This is his website:

Larry at Ferrari Tech is agreed the best by a mile!! He's worked on every Ferrari I've ever owned and done an amazing job. I've got everywhere and no one is the wrench he is.

You will be very happy with Eugenio, I had my Major over a year ago on my 85 308qv. He was amazing to work with and still no problems with the car.

    I will always recommend him.
