    You're missing the fact that he viciously defended the fact that he was sending the car back to Italy for a factory restoration, even when other members here suggested he was using this as an alibi for selling it.

    IMHO he sold it around the same time he started this thread. He just didn't expect that he'd see it re-sold within the year (and probably not on ebay).
