mmm, never noticed. it took me a while - compared to Master PAP that is. i'd happily go a 360. but i'd go the manual being 'old school' as i am. unfortunately i can't see it happening for a loooooong time. i'd settle for a 308gtb but that's still out of my price range. better keep (or start) saving i suppose.
I never take notice of that crap either. A 308GTB is what I also want. Red/tan. Very affordable mate. Thats what I really want next. But Nicole and all my mates are telling me different. They are telling me to save up for a 360. I love all Ferraris, new and old. Wish I had more cash to buy them all. Even if it was just to have a drive of the ones I love, then sell them off. 308 may be next, if not, I will get a new one. The problem will be the same as the 355's problem. Trying to find a good 360 with low km's. A few now have over 40,000km. Also alot with around 20,000km, but they are on the market for alot more. Will have to drive a F1 to get the feel of it one day. But I also love the classic Ferrari manual shift clunk. Here is a 'nice' 308 for you mate. http://www.carpoint.com.au/used-car/FERRARI/308/New%20South%20Wales/2185349.aspx
hmm, i've really come over to the flappy-paddle side over the last couple years. on modern "sporty" cars i'm starting to feel like a stick would be out of place. (i consider "sporty" amongst exotics to be those which are best kept at higher revs for power rather than relying on buckets of torque, so 12cyl cars should have a stick, but v8/v10 needs a paddle) having said that i couldn't do a 360, i'd always be wishing i had a 430 or Challenge Stradale instead, so for that money i'd much rather a 355CH.
I also want a F430 or 360CS, but they are still so expensive, thats the only reason I was thinking of settling for a 360, as they are coming down in price. They all will. But will have to wait for a LONG time to get 430/360CS or 599. They will have to be 15yrs old like my 348 before they can become affordable to me. Just like the 360 I would get in 5-8yrs time. It would be nearing 10-12yrs old before I could afford it. Then have to try and get a good one.
very nice. and being a '77 model there's lots of advantages for us paupers - historic rego ($113/year), no stamp duty, cheap insurance etc. still need a spare $75k though.... there was a 355CH at MM when Goober and i tried to pick up his 360C. to be honest it looked very ordinary next to the 360's in the showroom. don't get me wrong, probably a really great car (as i'm sure Aircon will point out) but it's just too MR2 for me. good thing we're all different though.
Time to sell off your porkers waz. Ferrari time ol son! Great looking car in that pic IMO. 30 historic rego sounds good too. 360C's old 355CH. The one with the lovely interior. Immaculate too I think?

cabinets are pretty easy to find in the Bribane area - have 3 at home, and the real thing is so much more satisfying. ...you wouldn't drive round a corvette with some fibreglass on it saying you were in a Daytona would you?
I asked a friend who is pretty keen on WOW whether he lined up for BC. He said he didn't have to, cause he preordered in December *2005*
I've not been a regular visitor over the last few weeks, but I've just noticed that something has happened to PAPs post count???? What's going on??
he got Lay'd http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?p=136374002#post136374002 or should that be Rob'd......
Haha, I just rocked up hoping for the best!! (nor really cared if i had to wait for another batch). The dudes in the games shop were telling me on the 16th they had fanboi's waiting outside the shop at 10pm, they opened the doors at 11.30pm but werent allowed to sell the game till midnite soo they all rushed in to be the 1st and had to wait around haha.
i bought Vice City Stories on the PS2 the other day. Vice City was always my favourite (the whole 80's thing ) and so this is basically just more of the same as far as i can tell (only played a couple hours). fun stuff!
I have still yet to play Scarface on the PC that Nicole got me for Xmas. Too **cough cough** busy........
I just got God Of War for PS2. Yes I know it came out 2 years ago... Damn this is one of the best games I have ever played, why the hell did I wait so long to get it....
i'd never heard of it, was just reading reviews of GOW2 and everyone praises it saying it's quite possibly one of the best games ever, think i'll pick it up and have a play.
i finally got a copy of GTA San Andreas about a week ago man that map is huge! I can't find my way around Los Santos yet, i think i'm going to struggle with the rest of the map I have to agree with you Ash, SA is a great game & i love the 90's gangsta soundtrack, but there is just something about VC that's more appealing & addictive. I found when i first got VC i spent all my spare time playing it, but with SA i don't have that urge
I feel the same way, i think because the setting and characters etc are a little more affluent, and therefore its a bit more of a fantasy and enjoyable to play in that sort of environment rather than gangbangin hoods who are selling dime bags on street corners.
Im still playing BC, Im slowly grinding to 70, level 69 at the moment Also been playing Test Drive Unlimited, similar to NFS: Most Wanted but you can drive alot more exotics like Ferraris The 1st Ferrari I bought was a 288GTO then installed a Stage 3 turbo kit haha. Also own a Lambo Gallardo SE in Green and a blue Lambo Murcielago. Recent purchase is a Zonda C12S in Carbon fibre trim Most of the main roads of Hawaii are in the game, some of the missions are 50km + fests and one of the missions is to lap the island which is some 220km!! haven't been game to try that yet haha. You do get traffic which can be annoying at times as they just randomly change lanes for no reason and always sitting in the fast lane even tho the other 2 lanes are empty(reminds me of Sydney drivers ) If you liked NFS series you will enjoy this game. The only thing I dont like about it is the way they implemented police chases, it feels like they added it last minute just to be like NFS but is poorly done.
