Think of it this way, if he does win it then his accomplishments will eclipse those of any living driver with the exception of a few. Alain Prost, Michael Schumacher, Mika Hakkinen, and Fernando Alonso. If you manage to accomplish more than any other current driver, accept for the living legends i've just mentioned, then you've done DAMN well.

The point is, he was a DOG the last several seasons at the pinnacle of motorsports, even the young rookies were dragging him. Someone of the caliber of Michael could succeed in any form of racing he chose, fortunately Michael stayed in F1.

He's already said Le Mans one time, that's it. I hardly think the car is going to be uncompetitive and unreliable - I was conversing with one of the Audi drivers (ex F1 driver) at an event in the UK just recently and comments were that the Peugeot is definitely going to be competitive. JV and Audi . . . not hardly.

The Le Mans Series and Le Mans-24 are going to be very interesting this year:

    Petrol vs. Diesel in prototypes
Audi vs. Peugeot in diesel protoypes
Ferrari vs. Porsche vs. Panoz in GT2

And can Aston finally beat Corvette in GT1???
