Holy crap guys dont write me off yet!!!..

I got hurt but a coma is a bit of a stretch. I would like to know which one of my co-workers said I was in a coma, I have a death sentence for him as soon I find out which one did it, no one is confessing to it yet.

Sorry I wasnt here to clear things up sooner, I dont have internet at my house so I havent been here to read posts otherwise would of clear this up sooner.

Yeah Im alive and it was a wake boarding accident not a car crash, I guess im getting too old to be doing sports like this. The car is still forsale but hasent been completely finished since the new paint job. I guess its just going to have to be sold as needing a few things left to do, which I hate to do, Im really a perfectionist when it comes to doing something on cars.

Man that is truly crappy news. I also send my condolences and wished for a speedy recovery. I might do a search for the incident. I'll post results, if any.

Yay!! so i can take of me black arm band then:D:D Glad ya Ok dude, but ya street creeds gone down some. I personally preferred the story of the crashed speeding ferrari, with you in a comma for a month then recover to find that all limbs were replaced by bionic mothers:D:D.....but wake boarding??????

Dude, this site is getting buggy. I posted that long before our mate responded that he was alright. I also did an exhaustive search of FL news sites and there was no mention of a wrecked 348 or any Ferrari recently.

Glad to hear F348T is fine. And to him I say, there is a time in your life when you realize that there are certain activities you can no longer do, nor should you. Reality has handed you a wake up call. Welcome to the club from an over-the-hiller who once did crazy things. Don't let it slow u down too much.

I'm not going to let my wife or my doctor read this post... they keep telling me the same thing - like last year when I finally hit one of those trees I've been skiing around for years out in Vail... then the wakeboarding jump that threw my shoulder out this past summer... but I did have some of my best runs through the slalom course on the lake last year...

I think in time you have to decide which activities are the bone breakers and which you can't live with out... perhaps it's the wisdom that you inherit when you cross that half century mark. But here's to keeping the ones "you can't live with out" and as the song says "I'd rather burn out than fade away". :)
