    hey Guys,

    Don't mean to sound anal but, does anyone know what direction the slit in the stabilizer mount bushing (the "D" shaped one), shoul face, front or rear?

    On a related topic, can the bush be replaced with only one side of the car jacked up? I thought the forces on the swaybar would make it not safe to remove with only one side of the car jacked up, however, when I last had my front wheel off (with only one side of the car jacked up) it looked like there was only axial torque on the rod and no upward force against the 'U' bracket. So it seemed like it could be replaced this way. Has anyone done it that way or is it dangerous?

    :listening: ....Veeeery good question, Beta... Something I hadn't even considered when I added replacing the front and rear swaybar bushings to my "to do" list for this winter.

    I have replaced the rear bushes with out having to remove the whole arm.Just undo the bolts on the U clamp and remove and refit.I had both wheels jacked off the ground though.I'm pretty sure that the front can be done as well in the same way
