Look in your 1979 308 Owner's Manual...

I need the valve timing specs for a 1979 308. Could someone with a 1979 manual have a little look-see and tell me what it says. Should look like

Inlet opens before TDC:
Inlet closes after BDC:

Exhaust opens before BDC:
Exhaust closes after TDC:

It is probably in the section with valve clearances.

(I haven't found this online, so if it out there somewhere I would appreciate the url.)

Well, Ferrari was nice enough to povide this. An e-mail in my inbox just after posting the question here reminded me that owners.ferrari.com exists and that they have manuals on line.

For those who need to know, the answers are 16, 48, 50, 14.
