Thanks. I can't even begin to compete with that photo, so I guess I won't bother trying! Very nice - were you in a tree???

Btw - yes, the photo of the carbon fiber mirror is from a Challenge Stradale. The reflection is of a 360 Modena parked next to it. I'm sure that shot has been done a million times, but I couldn't resist.

Ahhhh, I shouldn't have stayed Saturday night in San Diego. I woke up frustrated with myself, I'm out of town next weekend but swear the following weekend I will be there. No excuses this time..

I think it was a hemi (which makes it even rarer as less than 100 had the hemi) and it was orange and white. That was the first car I went over to see, so I forget what engine it had. But I seem to remember it having the hemi sticker on the air cleaner cover. The car really was in prisitine condition. I am not sure if it was original though as I didn't talk to the owner and there were no signs on the car giving out the details on it.

I knew I should have taken some pics of it! But I figured the photographers there would have been all over that thing and posted up pics. Damn, hopefully he comes back out with it.

    Mike,
Fine pictures but a lot got lost when you posted them. After shrinking to 800 x 600 (or your 640 x 426) they have to be sharpened or they look like the camera was out of focus. Get an editor that can do this and show us many more of your shots. PhotoShop, PhotoStudio and Google's Picasa2 can do this. Amount of sharpening required varies from shot to shot but well worth the extra effort. Attached are a before and after.

A few Supercar Sunday's back I heard that it was a replica. I don't really know. I am pretty sure that if it was a real Daytona it would have had like some special lights under the front bumper and it didn't have those lights.
