CGT causing terror

Well, I bet if something did go wrong, then they could use those video's as evidence.

 

So would it be right for me to assume that by you judging me on that one statement that you are an uptight prick? No, it wouldn't be right. So don't assume things about me.

In that movie, nobody was hurt, and no accidents occured. Therefore I said it looks like he was having fun. I'm glad he had fun, and I'm glad it was video taped so that people could watch it.

With that said, I do not think he should ever do that again, nor should anyone else. It was irresponsible, and he could have potentially killed himself or other people.

 

He never put anyone's else life in danger. The people in car car with him chose to be there, and no innocent people were put in danger. If he wants to be loud, so be it, but he didnt do anything overly reckless in the video. Most of the roads were fairly quiet anyways.

 

That he didn't kill anyone wasn't the point. He drives a supercar and people judge drivers of other supercars by what idiots like him do on public roads? Did he run anyone over? Obviously not. But did he act like an immature idiot and thereby furthered a bad stereotype? You bet.

It surprises me that some of you think the way that you do. You have zero respect for others.

 

If he can afford all those super cars you think he could afford a decent camera system and some webspace to host the videos. That 996 is really FAST but the vids are so poor.

Black ones are hard to find, that's how he treats it? Almost lost it in front of that pickup. It's great to see he's enjoying it but there are better ways to go about it than being loud and reckless.

 

His money, his car, his life. As sson as he hurts sombody else thats when it all changes. Until such time..well what ya gonna do??

The car sounds like ass BTW...they sound so much better with a tuned exhaust system, hell the stock set up sounds killer under hard acceleration.

 

Revving the engine to make the lunch crowd jump is kind of stupid to me. Driving hard through a tunnel is fun. I don't see anything really reckless here, but that could easily change.

You dont see the point that he didnt do anything truely reckless in that video. All he did was rev his engine a bit and annoy a few people... He wasnt cutting anyone off, he stoped at all lights, and stop signs, and cooled it way down everytime he got near traffic. The only remotely reckless thing he did was at the end, and that was on a pretty much deserted road.

 

Also, he is one of the better drivers Ive seen, and he was nowhere near his limits when driving in that video.

 

What about all of the power-slides he was doing around the corners in BH? It doesn't take much to loop it and wind up on the side walk or in a store window. Granted he looked like he was a good enough driver to handle it (after all he was handling them) but, were there any he didn't that didn't get posted to the internet? Or how about the next idiot that decides to emulate this and doesn't have the same car control as this driver?

The sad thing is he's really not impressing anyone in that part of town. Most individuals who live in BH could afford this car. So, what you have is a guy driving around like an idiot and ruining people’s lunch in a car most people there could afford. To put this into perspective, how would you feel if you saw a guy driving like this around your town in say a 350Z?

Nice car, good car control, very, very poor judgment. Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

 

This one shows a not smart driver doing 180+ and passing regular cars at night. Way too easy to lose control or have someone move over to pass and cause a fatality. It would not matter how good of a driver you are to have a massive wreck at those speeds at night.

Very true, that guy should just enjoy his cars and not take the extreme risks he is. If that is the only way he can enjoy them, he should take it to the track, instead of endangering others while he takes his risks.

It feels weird to explain to a bunch of Ferrari drivers what makes sports cars more fun than a Prius ... the same bunch of people having an orgasm (and rightfully so!) on a 360CS going flat out or sueing the company because their car doesn't actually reach 180mph ...
