Anna Nicole Smith Dead?

Someone somewhere said they think her daughters father is her son...and that's why he killed himself, and that she killed herself because of it..

 

And that my friends would have to be one of the most messed up things I have ever heard. I really hope that isn't true, can't be.

I heard about this, turned on the radio....what are they talking about? Anna Nicole. The TV..."We have breaking news." I don't care, just another person to pass on to me, I don't understand how she is idolized. This is news? It is like they are trying to find the killer as if it were an assisination. Too bad for her.

Oh, and what takes the cake: about 3 hours after her death, there are already disputes developing about who gets her money.

The guy claiming to be the father of her child besides Howard K Stern is requesting DNA from her dead body for the paternity case law suit. A true gentleman. I guess he filed a motion a few minutes after the news.

 

He should...IF he is in fact the father he should be concerned about the well being of his child...what would you suggest, a man that is not the father care for the child...or foster care ?

 

I think the guy has not had very good timing or class in his protection of his so called position. His williness to get his mug on TV shortly after her son's death. I am not an attorney but I think his opportunity to claim paternity did not have to be done within 10 days and at the time of her son's death. Anyone would be devasted with a childs death and be in morning and not want to deal with this issue the next day after the death. Sure, pursue your position, but show a little class. It's all about the money and that's that. He can handle his claim more discretely.

 

While I have no personal knowledge, from what I've read he has been demanding that a paternity test be done since shortly after the child was born and it was AN that had been avoiding service. And, since he is now afraid that since very few people have even seen the baby in a while that AN's mother will swap babies so the DNA will not match either potential fathers...that's why he wants AN's body tested for DNA too before she is buried...sounds prudent to me with all things considered...

 

As I said before, go get 'em. However, shortly after the death of her child this guy is on TV calling her names and talking out of school. That's the issue I don't like. He can pursue his rights and claims but he should not be insensitive to her situation. He could have said " I have no comment". The media doesn't decide the case anyway. Leave it up to the court system. Let his attorney indicate the same thing and say they will see her in court, the end.
The child may be better with off not being with Anna although now this is not possible anyway. I just don't like the tactics he is using. The well being of the child is a huge issue and she needs to have a chance at a life.

The video shows paramedics working on the unresponsive reality star as she was wheeled from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla. Splash News screened the videotape to potential media buyers at their Los Angeles headquarters just hours after Smith's death Thursday afternoon.

Emergency responders appear to administer CPR on two separate occasions as the TrimSpa spokeswoman was wheeled out of the hotel on a gurney, according to FOX News Channel producer Christopher Spinder, who viewed the tape.

DNA tests will clear this up pretty quickly. It might be that no one really knows for sure who the real father is unless tests have been done previously. The kid stands to inherit AN's estate so obviously that's why these sleaze balls are lining up and claiming they're the fathers. BTW, I'll bet AN met the same fate as her son. He died of a combo of methadone and anti-depressants of which Zoloft was one of them.

 

My prediction is that Stern gets the loot. I'm sure after Daniel died he made Anna update her will and Stern is most likely in there.

 

My bet is Stern has something to do with her death. I can see him having orchestrated the entire thing.

 

Stern is ridiculous. He's had his head up her ass, his hand in her pocket and his feet on her coat tails for 6 years.

 

They are saying she died of natural causes, yeah right. This is going to be a Hell of a legal battle for her family.

Does this give the Marshall family a better position to win the fight over the estate? Now, it stands that she won the rights to $400-some million, then a higher court overturned that ruling (in favor to the Marshall family), and the Supreme Court opened it back to the lower court? Correct? Where does it go from here?
