    Good enough for me.

I love how "fans" get up set by the DTM being faster than the Enzo, even though it's two Enzo owners that are making the claim!

Don't like it, don't do it, but don't start calling other people irresponsible.
I am sure John blocked both ends of the freeway ;).

Yeah nice joke. I have a family member who was killed by a street racer. Not only is racing on a highway totally irresponsible, so are comments like yours.
Things might be a little different in Egypt though. We have lots of racetracks for such activities. If you think you can really drive, prove it on the track.

Perfectly fine if the claim was conclusive...

:) My apologies to you, John. I was referring to the link originally posted, not your car.

Whats there to say about it? Its a rediculously overpriced F40 thats worth half of what they're asking. Seems pretty much in line with the rest of the thread.

So it has to be the PERFECT driver, PERFECT track, PERFECT conditions in order for your opinion to be true? Im not disagreeing with you, im just saying if there are so many underlying conditions that have to be met, then obviously the DTM isnt THAT much slower if it can keep up and be faster in every other situation besides a professional race worthy condition...

For any "which car is faster?" question to have any meaning other than personal opinion, certain simple and optimum conditions have to be in place. Car testers do it without fuss all the time. Its really not a big deal to ascertain what is a conclusive test and what isnt.

Actually youre right, the DTM is not that much slower...the point being it is slower.

So for technicality's sake, officially yes the Enzo is faster than the DTM. However, in everyday situations, on the road, the DTM is faster than the enzo, albeit only slightly faster.

And in all honestly these cars werent made to be driven only in optimal conditions, with professional drivers, so frankly, in my opinion, the "official" statistics are merely another opinion, because im certainly not a professional driver, and if I owned one of these two cars I would be driving it in optimal conditions, so it seems irrelevant to me. However that is just my opinion, I am entitled to that, and you are intitled to yours.

So, there you said yourself. The only thing you guys can do is "CRACK" and definitely not racing ;). You can get yourself into terrible trouble in the US bringing in a "crack" driver.
