I have also posted this under the "Florida" section:

I have read where many of you don't like Rick Case, I haven't had a good experience yet either.

I have someone I trust working on this for me, but I want to ask if anyone has seen this car or has knowledge regarding the type of cars they buy. Sadly Case doesn't make a link that will take you straight there. If you use this link and choose "Ferrari" and "360" it's the Blk/Blk 04 360 6spd.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately I don't think many of us have had positive dealer experiences. Car looks very nice from where I'm sittin however, that's only the beginning. Predicated on a agreed price, run carfax, examine servicve history with a Ferrari tech, check 'in service date' to confirm any warranty, and have a PPI completed by a professional Ferrari tech.

    Thanks for the comments!

I'm hoping someone knows the dealership and will chime in.

    Brett,

I live in Florida and I never heard of him. That may be good or bad. The two dealers in Florida are Sheldons or Ferrari of Central Fl in Orlando.

The orlando dealer just took in my 2003 360 Modena 6 speed on trade for a F430. The car gave me good service. Check it out.

Rick Case is one of the largest Honda and Hyundai dealers in the country, they've recently added a used exotics division called Rick Case Luxe Collection. They are not a new Ferrari dealership, but are a very large, reputable company... http://www.rickcase.com/

I saw that car when I was there last weekend. It's a very nice looking car, but it appears that the right rear 1/4 panel was repainted.

If you are looking for a good florida dealer, I have bought my last 3 ferraris from The Collection in Coral Gables. Good Service.

    My 2 cents.

A car that has been painted is not necessarily a bad thing. Many cars come with factory defects and/or pick up a chip or two somewhere along the way. A perfectionist owner will often be willing to respray to keep the car looking as perfect as possible. An original, unpainted car is likely to have plenty of imperfections :)
