for about the past 2-3 years, i usually go to one of those kiosks in the malls that sells sunglasses for like, 2 for 20 bucks, but i'm starting to consider actually going for a pair of oakleys this year.

If you spend much time outside, you should pop for some decent sunglasses. The lenses in cheap sunglasses allow more harm to your eyes than no sunglasses at all.

    I'm sorry, Snake, but that's a Myth.

Does me no good to spring bucks for shades - without fail, they get stolen or in freak fatal-to-sunglass accidents, in short order. As long as I wear cheapies, none of these things happen, and supposing something bad eventually happens to them, no loss.

I wear nothing but Maui Jim now. I wear mine everyday, they are great. If you have a prescription you can fax it to them and they will make you their lenses in your prescription.

After breaking the lenses in my Revo sunglasses (after 5 hard years of use) I too bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. I love them. I bought the Flexon Maui model with the bronze lenses. I'll take a photo and upload it when I get home.

Oakleys 100%!!! I love them and I don't go anywhere during the day without them.

I have the Juliets: http://oakley.com/o/o1274d (No personal pics). I also have A-wires.

    Check this.. http://science.howstuffworks.com/sunglass.htm

"When you buy a pair of cheap sunglasses, you often give up all of these benefits and can even make things worse. For example, if your sunglasses offer no UV protection, you increase your exposure to UV rays. The cheap sunglasses block some of the light, causing your iris to open to allow more light in. This lets in more of the UV light as well, increasing the damage UV light can cause to the retina. "

Sorry no pics, but I adore my Oakleys. I treat them like kid gloves and I'm paranoid about injuring or losing them.

No pics but I too have to vote for Oakleys. Why 8.1 polarized black on black here.

i have some Pradas and some Oakley Dartboards. I also have a pair of X-Metal Juliets which I can't seem to find right now.

I really want those Ducati Juliets...those are pretty nice. either that, or a pair of Oakely X-Metal Pennys...i love those.

I used ot have some Rx A-frames, but lost them in my rolloaver accident about 4 years ago, and havent replaced them. I recently had another eye exam and plan on getting another pair.

I've got ultra cheap kind I bought in the mall for like 3$. Literally three dollars.

I buy them in loads, like twenty pairs. They always break. I don't care, sure as hell beats buying like 200$ pairs. I still look good :D
