Yes to all the rides, including MSR. Looks like an opportunity. Line all the riders up at $50 a head and get an f/chat make a wish foundation started. Didn't they do that in Austin one time? Gave dryhole his ride and scared him for a change.
Phil, I think this car has made you happier than I have ever seen you. That's fantastic! ...and Yes, you did scare me! FarmerDave, Is that Phil's speedometer in the picture? Ha Ha WJHMH, Phil has informed me that I will NEVER be allowed to drive his car again at MSR!
Not only does the car look retro, so does the garage door opener. That brick reminds me of the first cell phones. I say you install an 8-track player and complete the look.
Vintage 1995. There is nowhere on that car to put it. No door pockets, shades are too thin, but the brake handle fits great and is close at hand. That could have been my nitrous button.
Big congrats, that car sure is an awesome experience. BTW RAC and Jon Peck are amazing to deal with from my experience, just picked up a RUF GT2 from them
He passed right by you going home Beautiful car, my favorite color on the GT by far....750hp is easy to achieve in that car, very easy Or if you get a really wild hair www.heffnersperformance.com
Phil, you will enjoy this video. It shows the Ford GT build process from start to finish. http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Features/articleId=107085# (10 minutes)
For some reason I couldn't get it to run as a video, but did it as a slide show and it was great! I still can't believe Ford got off their asses and built a car like this and the Shelby's.
