    Wondering how far the nearest F-dealer is from Heathrow...I have stopover @ Heathrow for a few hours on one of my upcoming trips, and thought it might be a good time to pick up some UK specific F-gear...

    Maranello are at Egham about five miles away - very do-able by taxi - out the back door of Heathrow at Hatton Cross turn right onto the A30 and keep going along the A30 till you see it on your right just after the M25 junction - an hour's walk if fitness fanatic ! Not a very pleasant walk mind you......

    You could also visit Verdi who's about 15 minutes away.

    I take it Maranello and Egham are in opposite directions from Heathrow...which dealer is closer, and has the best selection of Ferrari stuff/accessories?

    Maranello (the company) are at Egham (the place) and since they are possibly the largest UK official dealer will have a better merchandise selection than Verdi who are non-franchise

    Mark - be sensible - even Karl would admit his 'f-gear' selection is non-existent and, in fact, his 'professionalism' isn't particularly relevant for this gentleman ! Its just a large very busy workshop.....
