Thankyou, and i am SO glad you did as whilst the spring and piston configuration is correct(see sowests post in "I blame my daughter" thread)there is a glaring problem in that you have a rubber missing on the smaller piston!

Thank you. I'm glad you noticed! I wonder how many more goof ups I have. Does it go where I indicated in the photo? The Dino is in the paint booth for the basecoat at 10 AM tomorrow.

I had another thought about your brakes today! Did i not see somewhere in your thread that you had stripped apart your rear brake bias unit. the reason i ask is because Superformance here in the UK told me that the seals for these are totally unavailable anywhere, and if that is the case did you replace yours and if so where did you obtain them from?

Upon studying your photo it looks like your washer is already there where your arrow is pointing! however if not you need to obtain a thin "shim" type washer to put in front of the seal for the spring to bear onto.

not that i would suggest this, but the dino looks awesome in the flat dino blue metallic paint, unlike i would have agreed previously.

That color is really going to "pop" once the clear coat goes on. Looking forward to the rest of this series.

Thats my favorite blue, i had an old Alpina bmw in Fjord blue metallic also a Glasurit color, as the dino blue. both are very close and use the same base. I get a kick out of playing on the Glasurit color online site as you can search out your cars color and get a print out of the color ratio and info specific to yr/model/mfg.

can't wait to see the clear!!!

    beautiful just simply, beautiful!

Fantastic, love your choice of color!

BTW, Just look at the side vent intake areas. Those buggers are VERY difficult to shoot with a bullseye pattern spray head.

    Didn't they sand between coats?

PS - Don't forget to get some touch up paint.
