Anybody remember Prom?

I remember prom well, the biggest thing was we could get a hotel big enought for what we wanted for our after prom party. So we sort of "Sub let" this house for the night to throw the party. I was a even more of fat ass then, well more then I am now.

It's not about who is going to get laid first. It's how many of your friends dates can you bring back to your hotel room after they are passed out drunk. Ow, and make sure to wear comfortable shoes.

 

Yeah prom was right about a year ago.
Do I remember what I did? Nope, haha, I just remember taking my dads Mercedes to my dates house afterward and waking up in a hottub.

 

My most memorable dance experience was actually a homecoming event. Got stuck with a girl I really didn't want to go with (long story). I drove myself, my date, my cousin and his date. The entire evening she was hawking me and would not shut up. After the dance we were headed to a friends house for the after party. Again she would not shut up, and I couldn't / wouldn't take it any longer so I pulled over and told her to get out of my car. I continued to the party where she showed up about an hour later. Again she was yelling. I lifted my beer and toasted her without uttering a word. Didn't speak to her the rest of the year. 10 years later at our reunion I saw her walking towards me. I stopped her and asked if she was going to start yelling again. She actually apologized and said she would have done the same thing if the roles were reversed. Side-note, she made it to the winter olympics in the moguls event but didn't place.

Something along the lines of a group huddle

 

I rem. mine in 2003. Went with a not so close friend b/c she was my last hope. Actually had a really good time, except for dinner. Everyone got their dinner besides me, until I complained to some random guy working there; he told me they were out of chicken but would get me the other dish. 5 minutes later, still no food. so i call out another guy and he finally brings me a chicken dinner. By then everyone was already getting back up and on to the dance floor. Later, found that someone jacked my tux jacket. Ended up returning it with another jacket we got at another store. They called, probably to say something about it but we never responded. I trust I could never go back to that store as they would have me in the computer.

Umm, got called an as$hole by my friends mom for forgetting my car keys at home. We were about to take the limo to seaside for the weekend, where I had left my car for when I got there but totally forgot to bring my car keys to prom. So mom had to come by with the rescue.

After that, had a pretty decent time at the shore. Weather sucked but we made the best of it. I didn't go back to school till the following wed.

I also took another friend to her prom 2 years later.

 

By the time my senior prom had arrived, I was completly desensitized to proms. I went to an all boys school, so you got invited to alot of all girls schools junior and senior proms. One girls school was so small that every girl in the school went to the prom every year. So prom was nothing special. I wore an awesome tuxedo thats about it.

 

Trying to decide who gets the one condom they have between them.

 

Don't ever let me catch you popping your collar again.

 

Ahahahaha it was a phase Its over though, I promise!

Ahh, haven't thought about prom in a long time. Junior prom was great; relatively uneventful.For the senior prom- most of high school we spent drinking beer, but the contract for our limo for senior prom forbid us to drink forcing us to only bring hard alcohol (re: Bicardi 151, vodka, no mixers). Taking into account my inexperience drinking liquor, I tried to pace myself so that I wasn't "that kid" at the party. Needless to say, I was too careful, everyone else got smashed, and I ended up having to put my hand down the throat of one of my hands dates as she swallowed a glow stick.

All in all, good memories.

Thank god

Prom wasn't anything special just cost me too much money both of the ones I went to.

Just a word of advice the average cost of raising a kid is $450k the average price of a condom is $0.75

 

My GF is a senior this year and I told her straight up I'm not going, haha.

 

You'd rather someone else go with her?

 

Wouldn't matter to me, but she won't go with anyone else, much less do anything with someone else. Plus I'll probably be 10 hours away in Florida during her prom.

 

i got my junior prom this year, shes a cute, but her boyfriend is this kid that nearly killed himself a few times and he refused to go. It kind of makes me feel uneasy...were going 100%, but i want to hook up with her but im scared lol
