Hmm, something doesn't seem right about that, only two feedbacks and that car, at least the exterior and rims, look familiar.

Supposedly "twin-supercharged" but except for a picture of a non-standard intake plenum I have no idea what that means.

    Who did the "modification"?

    What was done? PHOTOS!!!

    What difference did it make?

Why would the buyer want it? Diablo Roadsters are pretty fast already.

Sorry, but another color I wouldn't want on the property (just my lousy opinion).

The guy has 3 Lambos for sale (does Paris come with the Murc?). Not much detail with any of them except the "I reserve the right to end the auction" disclaimer.

Apparently a car-jockey trying to move some high-priced iron. They look like nice cars (I like the SE30 interior) but we need more information especially for the Roadster.

I almost bought the Murcie. Seller and I couldn't agree on terms to "d-bling"it and restore it to factory spec.

Roy gets a big thumbs up for attempting to close the deal. In the end, neither one of us were successful.

    Stephen,

Are you putting down my vehicles?

"d-blinging" the Murcie is your opinion. Look for a titanium Murcie (one of the most popular colors) that is not "blinged". Roy has very good resources and should be able to find you another vehicle, from another owner, that is more cooperative, more desperate and will give into your demands.

No, not knocking the car - liked the car - was willing to pay a premium for your car. I wanted the removal of the wire metallic mesh grill and voodoo rims and of course Paris I would have bargained for but you're using the previous owners photos so that really didn't count. Your right those were my only demands. To be clear I'm not putting the car down, I just wouldn't buy from you. - now that is my opinion and I just stated it to the board - they can "T" it up any way they like.
good luck selling the 02 car and receiving an offer higher than my $185k

    ....over and out

p.s. - Ownership doesn't beget respect, you have to earn it.

Watch out folks this guy gets set off like a bull in a china closet. You have to watch out when a dentist starts esposing American Law terms and can not himself determine the difference between libel and slander.

I believe you've definitely earned my respect! LOL

You got it the other way around. I told you I wouldn't sell to you, cause I would have to baby-sit you for the rest of my life. The purchase of this vehicle was definitely above and beyond your means. 6 months of so called "looking" and still looking.

Now if you want to take this out in a public forum I am more than happy to do so, however don't think it is very becoming of a man who is the prince of Kentucky!

All three of Vahe's cars are in very nice condition...very well kept and very well appreciated by him and many others. We offered his cars for sale for a short period of time and had some solid offers. There are just some times when a person doesn't HAVE to sell that deals can't be made. No big deal for anyone involved, it happens. It was a pleasure working with both Stephen and Vahe' collectively and individually....both had great points and there are some great cars on the table....someone will be happy with the purchase either way....

Now, can we get back to enjoying the forum !!!

    Let me see...a dentist...hmmmm
    American laws...hmmmm

Are we elevating the nature of the attacks or shall we go ahead and disclose our telephone numbers and addresses and social security numbers in a public forum too?

I believe our opinions about each other is mutual

By the way.....was that thread addressed to you? Or do you think you have to stick your nose into everything. The original post wasn't about the Murcielago, so why the hell would you throw yourself in the middle of a thread that has nothing to do with it!

    P.S.

"Libel" is written..."slander" is oral. Damn do I have to keep on correcting your "English"!

    Kevin,

I enjoyed dealing with you and you definitely are an asset for catsexotics. Thank you for your comments about my passion for ownership of pristine vehicles.

P.S. Did you see the Murcielago Roadster that I added for sale?

That's a spectacular looking Murcie !! Didn't even know you had it !!! You're keeping secrets over there !! E-mail me some details on it, I have a few people seeking roadsters and we might be able to help you out on that one!!

Looking forward to talking to you soon. How's the yellow roadster doing on e-bay, haven't been following it too much, been busy....sure is a looker...but I'm a fan of painted wheels and the like too, so I'm a bit biased when it comes to modded cars !!

    Talk soon,

    Kevin

I might be the only one but I take issue w/ any intimidation to a member of the board which is what you did to (2NA). Outside of that he can defend himself. You stated his comment is libelous? Your wrong. Clairfy your position but no need to imply the man was attempting to defame you.

Nobody will take issue for your love of cars. I respect that. I believe your decorum on the other hand is self evident. Try instead of ramping things up, diffusing the matter.

*Also, as a general note, I have never had curt words w/ anyone at any time on this board over the years. So after 900 posts, I've established my contributions.

Regardless of the bickering - I love the add ons on those cars! Beautiful - why did you get the same color on both cars? Why not mix it up a little??

You conveniently deleted the part where I complimented the cars. I've never met you and only know what I saw on Ebay. There is so much hype and dishonesty there, don't be surprised if someone is skeptical.

I will repeat that they look like nice cars. A little more detail about the superchargers would help the sale.

Chill out. The guy just said you all could not agree on some terms, and it was a nice car.
Most people (me included) probably look at 20 cars to buy one. I've passed on many I could afford, and looked at some I probably couldn't. Doesn't necessarily mean they were good or bad, just not the right deal at the right time.
