    What kind of telephone number is that?

    33 / 813 963 377 77

    Either you remove the 81, and then you shall be calling a number starting by 03 that looks more common (omit the 0 when dialing +33 from outside France) either it is an internal number and the las 77 is an extension.

    01 .. .. .. .. from Paris
    02 .. .. .. .. from north west
    03 .. .. .. .. from north
    04 .. .. .. .. from south est
    05 .. .. .. .. from south west

    and 08.. usually for state or companys.

    there are 11 digits in your phone number.......

    try : 0813 96 33 77 or 01.39.63.37.77 or 03.96.33.77.77

    Yes,I also saw this spot on webcarcentre.com ,but I still think that 81 it is japanese prefix,I tryed to call without prefix 33 ,but again wrong number...
