I think this is legit. I don't think they are going to tarnish the name to scam you on a 355.

The car looks like the right price, right color, and if you are looking................ You should look at this one for sure.

"the Serie Fiorano cars are not only rare, but carry a unique specification setting them apart from the already low-volume F355 series"

Since when is the F355 a low volume Ferrari?!

FWIW, I think their asking price is pretty steep. 103K for a car with 18K+. I just paid a little over that for #14 with 8500 miles with a full engine out service. If the car is in excellent condition and recent major recently done or included, I would probably offer around 90K or so as a start. Keep in mind the low mile Serie Fioranos seem to be in the 110K to 125K range for asking price. Does look like a nice example, though.

Sounds like a nice 355. 30k was performed in 2004, the car is bone stock however(i.e. no tubi etc). The drivers side bolster was repaired, the center console has the typical melting, the dash may have been recovered at one time, can't confirm. The only issue is the price to mileage(18,300) and the fact that the 30K was performed almost 3yrs ago, which brings me to think the car is worth 92K-94K at most. Now I'm sure someone will jump in and say that the suspension alone is worth more. The ECU remapping will not add any more horsepower - maybe better throttle response. Other then that the F-series package comes with the suspension, carbon fiber door sills, rear challenge grille, red painted calipers, and the fender Ferrari sheilds.

Surprised nobody's mentioned that the Alcantera(Swede?) steering wheel has been swapped for a regular leather one, with RED stitching.

Strange about the steering wheel - #38's wheel has been swapped for a standard one, too:

Is there something about the suede wheels that makes dealerships swap 'em out (maybe they get worn and look ugly over time)?

I'm with you on this but I woiuld not make the adjustment for the impending major service in 2-3 years, but rather I think the car is overpriced at $103K. You are dangerously close to 1999 360 territory and that is a better Ferrari pure and simple. You will ride the depreciation wave down, but at a lower pace than the non-Fiorano cars if you buy it well.

The wheel does get worn down and tired looking. However, there are some tricks to bring them back to life.

Guess I should have been paying more attention to "other" areas on FChat. Been hanging out in my local section to much.

I'm not a paying advertiser on FChat, so I don't want to cross any lines, but I am the General Manager at J. Andretti Motors, and we located this car for our client last December, and he has asked us to re-sell it for him for various reasons, none if which is anything negative about the car. I have a feeling he'll be remorseful when we do sell it.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me through the board or through our listing. We are happy to have offers as well.

    Chet
